Just wanted to take a minute to share a tutorial I posted over at CutCardStock.com. It is a lovely Christmas Garland, “Joy to the World.” I chose to make it quite pale in white, cream and pink with just the right amount of bling. Go check it out HERE.

I think you’ll find it is not too complicated. Just need the right tools.
